Our Story
Coyote Cocina Mexicana is a Family Owned and Operated Restaurant that is located in the heart of Franklin, New Jersey.
Our Mexican dishes are crafted by an experienced Chef with over 20 years of cooking experience. Our vision was to create a restaurant that offered Authentic Recipes in a charm that captured the town of Franklin, like our Artsy and vibrant space.
We are open 6 days a week to meet the energy of our town and we look forward to your visit. Now that summer time is around the corner, get ready to enjoy some frozen drinks and delicious Mexican Food!
